Google Showing Waze Some Love @ Mobile World Congress 2011!

W00t! Waze is proud to be featured in Google’s Android lineup in Hall 8 - Booth #AC25 at Mobile World Congress this year! Our success is due much in part to our community of Android drivers, whose tireless efforts and forward thinking help contribute to a shared vision of crowd-sourced and user-operated maps and traffic. In return, we’ll keep striving to provide the best possible experience and expertise to get folks in and out of their commutes as quickly as possible. So come by and say hi, shower us with praise, air your grievances, or just chat Android. We’re looking forward to another great year in 2011 for apps, maps, and screen taps. Thanks, all!

In the meantime, here’s a little sneak peak into what we’re currently building for you, our doting Android fans-

  5. I just hope that they don't interfere with peoples driving, for instance the "do you want to reload favorites" sometimes pops up a little to late and sometimes after i have started driving.

It's kind of a pain to get to that little "x" as i have big fingers :-/

  6. Hi aride4ever, not sure where you are in the world, but in most places in the world we still need to get to a higher number of users to make the advertising model relevant... bear with it.. it'll be there soon.
